Improved Thermal Performance

Dry gasket glazing and high-performance seals keep draughts out and warmth in, all year round.

Stormproof or flushfit, which is right for you?

Stormproof casement windows sit slightly proud of the frame for maximum weather resistance, ideal for exposed or rural properties. Flushfit casement windows sit flush with the frame for a more traditional, minimal look, well suited to period and character homes.

If you're not sure which suits your property, we're happy to talk it through and give honest advice.

We're currently booking new projects from May 2027.

If that works for your timescale, please do get in touch.

Live in a new build property?

Our casement windows aren't only for period properties. Whether it's a traditional renovation or a new-build development, you get the same high standards of security and energy efficiency, without compromising on how the windows look.

Where needed, we can meet Part Q security requirements, while still keeping a heritage appearance through our range of moulding options. Modern performance, without losing the traditional feel.

Heritage Character,
Modern Performance

You want casement windows that look right for your property but perform properly day to day.

We carefully match traditional proportions and detailing, then build in secure locking, draught-proofing and energy-efficient glazing so your home feels warmer, quieter and more secure.

Windows made to suit your property

Every window is made to order to suit your exact openings, style and priorities.

From initial measurements through to final manufacture, each detail is considered so the finished windows fit correctly, operate smoothly, and provide long-term reliability without ongoing adjustment or compromise.

A recent project in Boltby

The windows shown on this page were made and fitted for a period property in Boltby, North Yorkshire, matched to the existing stonework and character of the home.

It's a good example of what we do for every enquiry: windows made to suit the property, not the other way round.

Timber vs uPVC casement windows

Timber casement windows offer a natural look and traditional detailing that uPVC can't fully replicate, particularly on period and character properties.

With Accoya as standard, timber also comes with a 50-year guarantee against rot and warp, whereas uPVC frames typically discolour and become brittle over time.

uPVC can be a cheaper short-term option, but timber offers better longevity, easier repair (a section can be repaired rather than replaced), and a look that suits older or listed properties far better.
